As we sell food products, returns are accepted within a 7-day window from delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please share a photo of the issue when raising a request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-day window from delivery, refund in 5–7 business days.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may qualify for a return if eligible.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
